The issuance of our writ of certiorari, in effect, granted to plaintiff the right of immediate appeal from the order of Judge Bone. In perfecting such appeal, Rules of Practice in the Supreme Court, 221 N.C. 544, apply. Collier v. Mills, 245 N.C. 200, 95 S.E.2d 529. The record before us contains no assignment(s) of error. This is ground for dismissal for failure to comply with Rule 19(3). As to what is required in respect of assignments of error, see Nichols v. McFarland, 249 N.C. 125, 105 S.E.2d 294, and Hunt v. Cavis, 248 N.C. 69, 102 S.E.2d 405.
